Otley Dog Groomers
Amelia Warrener from Rawdon has worked with animals all her life, including spending time on a farm before setting up her own dog walking business in 2022.
Within months, though, she found she wanted more and decided to train as a dog groomer, taking a professional grooming course before gaining valuable experience in two different salons. Then in late 2025, she took the plunge and opened her own business in the former In Love Club premises in Manor Square, opposite the Old Grammar School.
Amelia’s passion for working with dogs has quickly shone through, earning her a growing list of five-star online reviews and a steadily expanding customer base. Her calm, patient approach has helped her build a reputation for putting both dogs and their owners at ease.
The salon offers the usual range of doggie pampering services, from full grooms and breed-specific styling to washes, trims and nail care. But Amelia also has a real “no dog left behind” attitude and particularly enjoys working with dogs that others might describe as challenging, including nervous pets, rescue animals and those who may have had difficult experiences in the past.
For Amelia, every dog deserves the chance to feel comfortable, confident and well cared for.
Pop in to see her in the salon for all your dog grooming needs – and make sure to say hello to her own canine companions: Baxter, the lively cocker spaniel, and Bentley, the more laid-back border collie, who are never far away from the action.
