Michelle Rodde has been a travel agent for 26 years, 16 of which have seen her working from her Otley home as a self-employed Personal Travel Consultant.
She works as a member of the Hays Travel Homeworking Divison who are the UK’s largest independent travel agent offering holidays that are ABTA and ATOL bonded.
She regularly advertises amazing, value-for-money holidays on her Facebook business page and she specialises mostly in sourcing and booking family package holidays with JET2Holidays and also cruises, but she also sources and books all types of holidays such as long-haul, tailor-made, luxury and city breaks.

In 2022 in Tenerife, Hays Travel awarded her the 2022 Outstanding Achievement award and a few months later in London she was a finalist in the Travel Weekly Agent of the Year.
Towards the end of 2023 at the JET2 VIP Conference in Turkey , She was awarded the Best Homeworker (Bronze) award by JET2Holidays.
She has an excellent team of highly professional and efficinet travel consultants who work alongside her to source and book my clients holidays including her daughter Libby who left Prince Henry’s in 2021. In July of 2023, Libby was a finalist in the Travel Weekly Young Agent of the Year in London.
