Chris and Rosie Marsden took offer what was Noonoo & Nini in October 2024, naming the cafe after their daughter Juliet – hence the name Letties.
Chris runs the show here – his experience bolstered by a 25-year career in the hospitality industry, working in pubs, bars, restaurants and as a chef.
Originally from Lancashire but based in Saltaire, Chris had been looking for a cafe to run for a while before the chance to buy Noonoo & Nini came up.
Expect the usual fabulous home made cakes and cones, as well as speciality coffee, sandwiches, salads and more.
