Paula Jacques cut her hairdressing teeth working for Vidal Sassoon in their busy salons in Leeds and Manchester in the late 1980s (fans of the Manchester music scene might notice a cheeky nod to that era in the salon name), before moving on to a long stint at the now closed The Gallery on Boroughgate.

During that time she fell in love with the people of Otley and their community spirit and, after a number of years as a mobile hairdresser, opened her own salon on Westgate in September 2023.

Paula specialises in a number of areas, including cutting, colouring and hair extensions, while the salon is set to expand in Spring 2024 with the addition of further stylists, beauticians and nail technicians.
