Set in a lovely studio tucked away in Three Horseshoes Yard, Mollie & Mauve is a luxury florist specialising in weddings and events.
Owned by Rachel Nickolds, ably assisted by her two chiuahuas, the Mollie & Mauve takes its name from Rachel’s grandmother who had a love of gardening and the countryside and her passion for the outdoors and nature was passed down to Rachel.
Rachel started her career as a project manager in the events industry, managing product launches and press shows for well-known beauty and fashion brands, but after putting together a floristry brief she dreamt of becoming a florist.
In 2019 she took the plunge to enrol in a course and first worked in a florists in Ilkley before setting up her own business, first from her own home and then from the studio in Otley that opened in August 2023.
